Arturo Sanchez is the name of the company which is renowned as one of the best Iberico Ham producers in the world. The company has a rich history and heritage along with a pedigree for production which has been refined through the generations of the Sanchez family.

The Story begins with the second generation in the 19th century: Arturo Sánchez Martín. Although his father had been a producer of Iberico Jamon, Arturo Sánchez Martín set his sights on being known to produce the finest jamon of his time. It is this time that he established the company in Guijuelo.

Through the years of refining the process of Jamon production, Arturo Sánchez Martin passed his knowledge, experience and understanding to his son Arturo Sánchez Gómez, who is the current president of the company. Arturo Sánchez Gómez has continued the legacy of fine Jamon and still, today produces some of the best Iberico Ham of our time.

The Arturo Sánchez Range

The range of product which the Arturo Sanches produce are hand sliced 100% Iberico (black label) acorn fed cured ham, and cured meats such as Chorizo, Salchichon, Lomo & Lomito. Their products are used by some of the greatest masters of Spanish gastronomy such as Luís Andoni Aduriz. Luis is regarded as one of the very best chefs in the world.
